Record

Think of a record as a single filled-out questionnaire You can throw that sheet of paper into a stack, and all the information on it will stay together, can be pulled out of the stack and looked at together, and will not get lost from the other information on the questionaire. For example, your name and address will always stay with your answers to each question. Every answer you wrote on that sheet will stay together and not get lost from each other. Therefore, you will never be credited or accused of someone else’s answer, opinion, etc.

For more information on databases and how to use them, check your local library, or see the operating manuals for any database software program.
