LoriW : I recently began practicing P1 targets again to help me understand my new ideograms. It is a lot of fun, and the post-session analysis is crucial. Silver : My standard practice session:I write a summaries right after the sessiona, then I look my feedback Silver : sorry i pressed enter before i was finished bear : I almost always write a summary after the session, but not after feedback. I look through the session and compare it to the feedback, but it is a mental process only. Col : post session analysis is *very* important to find out why you get the information in session that you do... Lauren : Is there a process or protocol that you recommend for us to use when analyzing? What are we looking for?
